By booking a tour with Tour Guys Edinburgh you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you book.

Bookings

Bookings are made per person. Free tours run on a pay-what-you-feel basis; paid tours are charged at the price shown at checkout. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time at the stated meeting point.

Cancellations

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your tour start time. Cancellations inside 24 hours may not be refunded. Contact us at Tourguyscontactus@gmail.com to cancel or amend a booking.

Pub crawl age policy

The pub crawl is strictly 18+. Valid photo ID is required and venues may refuse entry without it. Guides may remove guests who behave unsafely or are refused entry by a venue, with no refund.

Weather & changes

Tours run in most weather. We may adjust the route, guide or timings, and in rare cases cancel a tour — in which case paid guests are offered a reschedule or full refund.

Liability

Guests join tours at their own risk and are responsible for their own belongings. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
